Spring Fest is a community building event for our Harveston Families happening on Friday, March 22nd, from 4:00 – 7:00pm. Let’s come together as a school community for a day of fellowship, feasting, and good times, all right here at the Harveston campus!

TICKETS

Tickets are $10 per person when pre-ordered and $15 at the door. Children 2 and under enter for free. You can purchase tickets to the event here: Spring Fest Tickets.

Your ticket includes a plate of shrimp etouffe, salad, water, and entry to all carnival games including an obstacle course, face painting, and more!

SPONSORSHIPS

Want to support Spring Fest but can’t donate your time or items? Consider Becoming a Sponsor! Sponsors of Spring Fest will receive special wristbands for the whole family that will be delivered to your student’s classroom ahead of time so you can skip the line and walk right into the event. ****Sponsorships are donations to the event and sponsors must still purchase tickets for their family.****

If you would like to donate items for this event, you can sign up for baked goods, snacks, drinks, and more here: Donate Items to Spring Fest.

Non-perishable donations are being accepted now until Thursday, 3/21 at the front office. Perishable items like baked goods and cakes for the cake walk can be dropped off Friday morning, 3/22 at the front office. The deadline to sign up for donations is Monday, 3/18.

VOLUNTEERS

We are looking for volunteers to help set up before the event, coordinate food and activities during the event, and break down after the event. If you are available to volunteer before, during, or after Spring Fest, please sign up here: Volunteer at Spring Fest. The more volunteers we have, the more efficient this event will be!

All volunteers MUST be cleared through the Raptor Application before the event. Raptor can take up to three days to process your application. The deadline to sign up to volunteer is Monday, 3/18. We will reach out to all volunteers on Tuesday, 3/19 with more information
